We seasonally harvest some of our vegetables and herbs from our garden or purchase from our neighbor farmer right here in New Salem.
Because of the perishable nature of fresh product we daily sell out of some items.
$3.00 per person set up charge if you bring your own cake. A 20% service charge will be added to all parties of 6 or more. Cakes/Desserts cannot be stored, they must remain at the table per health department.

Canyon Grill now features a full-service bar to enhance your dining experience. Due to local and state laws, we are no longer BYOB.
However, guests are still welcome to bring their own wine for a corkage fee.
